Everything about our breakfast here was first rate! The costs was higher than what most of us prefer to spend for brunch! the service, the atmosphere and the food were all outstanding. Our table started with a fruit bowl, feta, vegetable and fruit platter and a fruit platter. For main dishes, omelletes, Benedicts and my wife got the avocado toast. She said that it was the best that she has had. We also got a bread platter. Our coffee carafe was refilled multiple times as was my wifes tea. Overall, we had an outstanding experience but as I said upfront it was a bit more costly than most brunches that we have gone to when we travel.

I met up with a couple of friends for a late lunch on Sunday. It was my first time there and my friends recommended the French Toast; which we all ended up ordering. They use brioche bread which was delectable! And it was beautifully presented! Fountain deserves a spot on the rotation.

Beautiful restaurant after some updating and remodel to ownership by the Hilton instead of the Fairmont. The lovely atmosphere is bright and pleasant for brunch. I do miss the buffet there it was really amazing. Service was good. My French toast was dry for my taste. I prefer a more saturated bread pudding like texture to mine. The berries were not ripe and would have been better served like a compote. Coffee was excellent. Service was good. Price is high but worth it for the ambiance.

I decided that I wanted steak and some form of breakfast this morning. I went on Yelp and conducted a search, Fountain popped up and their steak and eggs looked so yummy! I walked over and was seated immediately, such great hospitality, which doesn't compare to the food! Let me tell you...that steak was so delicious that I ate it slow to savor the taste. The asparagus, eggs, tomatoes, and potatoes were cooked just right and that sauce (I don't know what it is, enhanced the flavor of the meal). The coffee was fresh and the Mimosa was excellent. I will be visiting again!

We had Hilton dining credits during our stay at the Signia so we tried brunch at the Fountain Restaurant. The restaurant is so bright and airy with a classy feel matching the vibe of the hotel. We enjoyed the Breakfast Bundles option of 1/2 waffle with fruit and the Breakfast Bagel with juice and coffee. While the waffle was tasty, the portion was small and not filling. The breakfast bagel was very substantial and they were nice enough to substitute bacon for ham. The service was top notch and everyone from the hostess to the servers were friendly and welcoming!

I ordered the Steak and eggs and it was so good! I got the meat cooked medium and the eggs over medium and it was probably the best thing on their menu! The inside seating was also very nice! I really liked the modern simple design because it was very open, brightly lite with a modern white interior with blue ascents. It was also very clean and spacious. In my party they also ordered the three egg omelette and Salmon Florentine. Service was 10/10! All the staff was very friendly and attentive. My group felt special and well taken care of. We had a reservation for a big group to celebrate my coworker's baby shower. I really like how they even prepared a separate section for us with an extra table to place our gifts and to have more space. It is located inside the Hilton hotel and street parking is free on Sundays. If it's any other day there is metered parking, valet parking and garage parking a few blocks away. This location is a hidden gem and can easily be a good brunch date or for hosting a group gathering. I definitely plan to come back and I highly recommend them!

Great hotel restaurant. Service was a bit iffy as they forgot a few of my asks, but overall the food is good. Their omelette and eggs are well sized, well cooked, and filling. Coffee was decent - nothing special for a latte. Convenient for hotel stayers.
